Holding company · professional and AI services
We invest in professional services firms and provide the resources to support their growth.
Resparti partners with lower middle market professional and AI services companies to accelerate growth and build long-term value. We're operators, not fund managers.
Our companies retain their identity, client relationships, and entrepreneurial culture while gaining access to a shared growth platform, AI expertise, scalable demand generation capabilities, and the hands-on operating experience of Marc Chase and Srin Subra. Drawing on years of experience helping businesses scale, transform, and thrive, we work alongside leadership teams to unlock their next stage of growth.
The thesis
-
Great firms have an opportunity to become exceptional businesses.
Across professional services, thousands of firms have built strong client relationships, deep expertise, and profitable businesses. The next stage of growth comes from adding scalable systems, modern operating capabilities, and a platform built for expansion. Resparti helps founders turn successful practices into enduring enterprises while preserving what made them successful in the first place.
-
AI is creating a once-in-a-generation growth opportunity.
The earliest adopters of AI are already improving delivery efficiency, expanding margins, and creating capacity to serve more clients. The firms that embrace AI today will be best positioned to lead their markets tomorrow. Through our shared platform and expertise, companies gain access to capabilities that accelerate innovation and create a lasting competitive advantage.
-
Partnership creates momentum.
Ideas create value only when they are implemented. Our model combines ownership with active operating engagement, giving companies direct access to the experience, resources, and execution support needed to turn growth opportunities into results. Having spent their careers both advising investors and helping businesses scale from the inside, Marc Chase and Srin Subra work alongside leadership teams to drive meaningful, long-term value creation.
Structure

Approach
What changes after close, and what does not.
Resparti takes on four things directly: growth, AI enablement, operating involvement, and capital. Everything else stays with the operating company and the people already running it. This page sets out both sides of that line.
Shared business development
Most firms at this size grow through the founder's relationships, and that model works until the founder runs out of hours. Resparti's partners have spent their careers covering private equity sponsors, operating partners and intermediaries, and that coverage becomes available to an operating company from the first day. Shared pipeline, sponsor introductions, and referral credit between companies so cross-selling is measured rather than encouraged.
Deployed internally before it is sold
Much of what reaches this market as AI transformation is a software licence and a training program. Resparti owns an AI company, which means the runtime, the agents and the data infrastructure are deployed inside our own delivery first and measured against cost of delivery rather than adoption. The page has the detail.
Operating experience, not only advisory
Resparti's partners have held operating seats as well as advisory ones: interim CFO roles inside private equity backed companies, and practice leadership across sponsor-facing firms. The difference shows up in the detail rather than the strategy, in catching a utilization slip in month two instead of reading about it at the end of the quarter.
Built for the long term
Our capital structure is designed to support sustained growth, not predetermined exit timelines. Institutional investors participate through a separate vehicle that invests at the holding company level, allowing operating companies to focus on building value, serving clients, and investing in the future. The result is a platform built for long-term partnership and compounding growth.
What stays with you
What made the business successful stays in place.
A common experience for founders after a sale is the arrival of an operating playbook, applied early and broadly, often to the parts of the business that were already working. Resparti is built to avoid that, and the boundaries below are set in the governance documents rather than left to goodwill.
- Your brand stays. Companies are not folded into a single name. Resparti is a holding company, not a consolidated consultancy.
- Your clients stay yours. Your team stays in front of them, and platform staff do not appear on an account uninvited.
- Your delivery model is yours to run. We will challenge it where we see an opportunity, and we will not replace it from the outside.
- You build your team. Resparti is consulted on senior hires, where the cost of a mistake is highest, and funds the back office you no longer need to run.
The AI layer
Shared AI. Faster Growth. Better Outcomes.
The real advantage of the Resparti platform is the technology that every company can access. We build AI tools once, validate them in real client delivery environments, and then deploy them across our operating companies. The result is faster innovation, greater efficiency, and capabilities that would be difficult and expensive for any firm to develop on its own.
Our stance
Built to help great businesses scale.
Shared intelligence creates shared advantage
We invest in the data foundation that powers better decisions across the platform, creating common definitions, performance benchmarks, and insights that help every company operate more effectively and grow faster.
Access to best-in-class technology
Our companies benefit from leading AI models, infrastructure, search, and automation capabilities without the cost and complexity of building and maintaining them independently.
Innovation driven by real business needs
Every solution we deploy is designed to solve a meaningful operational challenge, improve client outcomes, or unlock growth. Technology is introduced where it creates measurable value.
AI you can trust
We combine automation with human oversight, transparency, and strong governance. The result is technology that leaders can confidently adopt in critical business processes.
Operating companies
Growing a network of exceptional businesses.
We began with two finance-focused companies and a simple idea: great businesses can achieve more together than they can alone. We're expanding thoughtfully, partnering with firms that can benefit from our shared platform, AI capabilities, operating expertise, and customer relationships. Every addition strengthens the network and unlocks new opportunities for everyone on it.

Open mandate
Resparti is actively evaluating its next operating companies across professional and AI services. The page sets out what we look for, what a partnership involves, and which decisions stay with the leadership team.
For owners
What grows, what stays the same, and what's possible together.
Joining Resparti is designed to be an evolution, not a disruption. We help exceptional businesses maintain the relationships, culture, and identity that made them successful while providing the platform, technology, and expertise to accelerate growth and create lasting value.
Shared upside
You keep a stake in what you built, and you share in what the platform creates.
Owners who join Resparti retain meaningful equity in their business, so the value created by their leadership continues to belong to them. Incentives stay tied to the results they control, which is what keeps a partnership working over a long hold rather than only through the first year.
The upside runs in both directions. As the network grows, shared capabilities deepen, client relationships broaden, and every company benefits from the momentum the others create. Joining a platform should mean participating in what the platform builds, not just contributing to it.
Terms are set out clearly in the agreements and discussed openly before anyone signs.

Lead Operating Partner
Srin Subra
Srin is the founder and Managing Partner of Value Bridge, an AI-native finance, transaction and value creation firm serving private equity backed companies in the lower and middle market. He has held interim leadership and investment seats at various companies, which is where most of his view of what businesses actually need to scale was formed. He holds a BS in Finance and Economics from Rutgers and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
LinkedInLead Operating Partner
Marc Chase
Marc has spent more than twenty-five years in and around private equity, most of it building advisory practices aimed at sponsors and their portfolio companies. He led the Private Equity practice at Grant Thornton, and previously served as National Private Equity Practice Leader at RSM and created the inaugural private equity strategy at Baker Tilly.
He has also been Managing Partner at Sterling Bridge Investment Partners and a board member at Claymore Capital Partners, with work spanning venture funds, professional service firms, real estate private equity and private company advisory. He holds a master's degree from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas and a bachelor's degree from St. John Fisher University.
